Established in 1989, the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring thoughtful innovation and contributing to the betterment of the equipment leasing and finance industry.

Volunteer Opportunities

Professional Code of Conduct
Thank you for your interest in and involvement with the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation (the “Foundation”). Our goal is to ensure that we promote a safe, inclusive, and productive environment for all Foundation volunteers, donors, staff, students and research partners.
We ask that you help us make each Foundation-sponsored activity welcoming and respectful to all, regardless of their race, gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, national origin, ethnicity, political affiliation, or religion. We do not condone, nor will we tolerate harassment of any kind from anyone, either in person, electronically or by any other method.
Examples of harassment include offensive comments, verbal threats or demands, sexualized images in public spaces, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions or events, and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention or any other conduct that substantially interferes with any person’s participation in Foundation sponsored activities or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive environment.
We expect all volunteers, donors, staff, students and research partners to follow this Professional Code of Conduct during Foundation sponsored activities. This includes Foundation Board of Trustees and committee-related social events at off-site functions and in related committee meetings, online communities, and social media. Persons asked to stop any harassing and/or non-inclusive behavior are expected to comply immediately. Anyone violating this Code of Conduct may be prohibited from participating in Foundation activities, at the discretion of the Foundation.
